Feladatok:
- Regular data maintenance in Workday to make sure all reports are the most up-to-date
- Create great visibility on data by designing and constantly updating people analytics dashboards
- Create impactful presentations, slide shows around HR topics
- Tasks related to employee documentation
- Support HRBPs in high impact change management projects with preparing calculations, presentations and comms materials
- Conduct exit interviews, gain and present insights to improve on talent retention
Elvárások:
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Ongoing university studies in the field of HR
- Fluent English knowledge both verbal & written
- Experience with Workday
- High level Excel skills
- Analytical, data driven mindset and very structured approach
- Experience with creating informative presentation decks and communication materials such as FAQs, Talking Points
Working hours
- Being able to work at least 30-40 hours per week according to agreed schedule
- Development opportunity for 6 months
