Feladatok
- Support the SSHE Coordinator in operational and administrative tasks, documentation readiness and data uploading
- Participate in the operation of the Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Management system
- Provide trainings for internal and external employees when needed
- Applies companys ISO 9001, ESTA and country specific legal and standard requirements in accordance to LEAN best practices on daily basis
- Conduct Work in Progress Inspections and Gemba Walks
- Apply the Business and Guest regulations
- Prepare, control and follow-up of the activities of external companies
- Conducting safety Onboarding and repetitive trainings
- Contribute to the investigation of events / root cause analysis
- Follow up on Preventive and Corrective actions
- Encourage reporting of safety observations, near misses and first aid situations
- Carry out a risk assessments in the Shopfloor
- Order, register and dispense Personal Protective Equipment for employees
- Liaison with Security Service
Elvárások
- Certified Management Systems knowledge (ISO/OHSAS) is desirable
- Minimum mid-level Occupational Safety qualification with relevant experience
- Experience in presenting and training
- Administrative skills required (Office, SAP, etc.)
- Networking, communication and motivational skill
- Strong interest in work safety topics and newest on the market problem solving
- Tactical thinking – agility, leading by influencing others, results oriented
- Hungarian native language level (C1/C2)
- English language level (B1/B2) - will be an advantage
