

Admin specialist
Requirements
- Receive client’s requests and treat them according to your SLA (via different Huawei Platforms)
- Internal communication
- Keep track on work order status and report when requested
- Extract reports from the system when required
- Prepare monthly reports
- Supporting in any related task
- Owner of employee logistics services: manage employee logistics services (including catering, accommodation, vehicles, travel, laptop、 SIM card), and be responsible for service results (quality, cost, efficiency, internal control).
- Person in charge of 2C activities: manage employee satisfaction and operate employee service platform.
- Build and operate a fully connected administrative service platform, understand employee needs and service satisfaction, implement optimization and improvement according to requirements and suggestions, and improve cost utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MS office (excel, word, PPT etc.)
- Advanced Hungarian and English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Chinese language knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work across teams, think outside the box and handle tight deadlines
- Serious, proactive, with good communication skills and ability to learn quickly
- Problem-solving attitude, being able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
