Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations & Compliance

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies.

• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and security measures.

• Monitor and manage risk assessments to prevent fraud and financial irregularities.

Customer & Client Management

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.

• Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

• Provide financial advice on loans, mortgages, savings, and investment products.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Supervise, train, and mentor branch employees to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.

• Set individual and team performance targets and monitor progress toward achieving business goals.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for staff development.

Financial Management & Sales Growth

• Drive branch revenue by promoting banking products and services.

• Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.

• Analyze financial reports and operational data to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in banking software and financial management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a bank.
