Business Analyst

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of financial processes for the company using LEAN and other process improvement methods and to manage ad hoc projects within the company. This role will support mainly the EMEA region but occasionally could support other regions (Americas, Asia).

Feladatok

  • Analyzing the financial and reporting processes of the company to look for process and efficiency improvement opportunities
  • Supporting automation, process improvement and transition projects using lean methodology
  • Project management tasks, project planning
  • Preparing business cases and presenting it to finance managers
  • Tracking deadlines and milestones
  • Writing financial reports and presentations to management
  • Writing and updating work instruction documents
  • Coordinating and motivating other employees who participate in the projects
  • Keeping contact with internal departments

Elvárások

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst / Project Manager / Process Improvement Ambassador or a similar role preferably at a multi national company and / or business center
  • Health care industry is a big plus
  • Experience with process improvement projects
  • Experience with LEAN / Six Sigma
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong technical skills (Excel, PowerBI, ERP systems), affinity for tech
  • Team player
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication skills
