Business Process Lead EMEA (Material Planning & SAP S4/HANA implementation)
Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional looking for a strategic role focused on process development? Do you want to leverage your SAP expertise in a large-scale S/4HANA transformation?
Our Partner, a US-based, listed global leader in cable manufacturing and industrial connectivity solutions with over 120 years of history, is seeking a senior professional for their Budapest center.
Purpose of the Role: To define, harmonize, and drive excellence in Supply & Material Planning processes across six EMEA manufacturing sites, and to provide expert support for the upcoming SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role focuses on the strategic framework and process governance.
Feladatok
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development & Harmonization: Standardizing regional planning processes (demand translation, MRP, capacity planning) across manufacturing sites to align with global standards and improve efficiency.
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Acting as a Key User during the ERP transition; defining migration requirements, supporting "fit-gap" analyses, and bridging the gap between Business needs and IT capabilities.
- Process Ambassador: Documenting new processes, leading implementation efforts, and providing training/methodological support to local planning teams.
- Performance Management: Establishing a unified KPI framework and reporting structure to measure planning quality and results.
- Best Practice Sharing: Facilitating knowledge transfer between sites and acting as the regional process owner.
Elvárások
- University degree (Logistics, Business, or Technical field).
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Management.
- Deep SAP Knowledge (ECC and/or S/4HANA) – Thorough understanding of MRP logic and system parameters is essential.
- Experience in process harmonization or ERP implementation projects.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with international stakeholders.
