We are seeking a skilled Billing Expert to lead the delivery and design of scalable Web Commerce, BSS, and B2B Marketplace solutions.

This hybrid role requires both strategic leadership and technical depth to guide multidisciplinary teams through digital transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will:

  • act as a key bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, assessing client needs and translating them into robust B2B commerce or digital marketplace architectures.
  • deliver daily coordination with both business and technical teams, managing project delivery.
  • support the sales organization through pre-sales activities and proposal development.
  • ensure the effective integration of systems across BSS domains, cloud environments, and APIs while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • contribute to technical design, architectural decision-making, and overall solution quality assurance.

Végzettség:

  • 7+ years of experience working in team (ideally PM experience)
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Proven experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, client engagement, and proposal support.
  • Proven track record in delivering web commerce solutions integrated with BSS.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in B2B commerce and digital marketplaces
  • Familiar with buyer/seller management, tiered pricing, account hierarchies, bulk ordering
  • Experience with marketplace operations: vendor portals, catalog syndication.
  • Strong understanding of BSS domains: CRM, mediation, billing, order management, product catalog.
  • Experience with API integration, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Open Telekom Cloud), and CI/CD practices.
  • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA).
  • Ability to perform code reviews, create/manage test data sets, and create wireframes
  • Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or enterprise retail B2B models
  • Any PM or technical certificate is an advantage
