Feladatok:

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Officer for our partner company located in Debrecen. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic HR team, ensuring the smooth and accurate administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.

  • Oversee payroll process and liaise with external payroll providers.

  • Ensure accurate timekeeping and tax-related matters.

  • Prepare payroll reports, tax remittances, and costing reports.

  • Handle employee queries on payroll, benefits, and taxation.

  • Maintain compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Support HR in managing personnel administration and fringe benefits (Cafeteria).

  • Related education (at least Highschool education)

  • Proven HR experience, especially in Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll.

  • Knowledge of Hungarian Labor Code.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Maxsoft/MIDO systems is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Confidentiality, ethics, and teamwork skills.

  • Degree in economics, finance, or related fields.
