Compliance KYC Analyst (maternity cover)

Join our international partner, a leading provider of services for business travel, and take part in an exciting project. We are currently seeking talented KYC Analysts to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of Know Your Customer (KYC).
Please note that this is a 2-year fixed-term position and the ideal candidate could start on the 2nd of January, 2025.
Feladatok
- Verify the completeness of identification documents for new and existing customers
- Evaluate excerpts from the commercial register or comparable documents
- Capture information about legal representatives or persons representing our customers
- Identify beneficial owners and analyze ownership and company control structures
- Conduct screening of customer data against PEP and sanction lists
- Collaborate with other internal departments and communicate directly with customers primarily through email
Elvárások
- 1-3 years of experience in KYC, Due Diligence, Legal or similar field
- Basic legal understanding and the ability to simplify complex issues for effective communication
- Independent and meticulous working style with a high level of decisiveness
- Motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a drive to deliver high-quality results
- Strong customer orientation and experience in direct customer communication, preferably through email
- Excellent written and spoken English AND Hungarian, proficiency in other languages such as German is a plus
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in the MS Office package
