Corporate and/or Capital Markets Lawyer - Győr

Corporate & Transactional Law

• Advising on corporate law matters, regulatory compliance, and transactional legal issues

• Providing legal support for IPOs, bond issuances, and other capital markets transactions

• Conducting legal due diligence and research for corporate clients

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and capital markets-related contracts

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and regulatory documentation

• Providing legal support in both Hungarian and English

• Liaising with clients, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions

Our partner, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking an experienced corporate and/or capital markets lawyer with 1-3 years of post-bar exam experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and provide legal advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and international businesses.

• 1-3 years of post-bar exam experience in corporate and/or capital markets law

• Strong legal English proficiency (both written and spoken), including legal terminology

• Hands-on experience in M&A, legal due diligence, and capital markets transactions

• Highly precise, structured, and capable of working independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
