Feladatok
- Conducting detailed analysis of project specifications and drawings to accurately
estimate costs associated with materials, labor, and equipment. - Working cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather comprehensive details for precise estimation.
- Reviewing bids from subcontractors and vendors for conformity to project requirements and overall budgetary constraints.
- Implementing best practices in cost estimation and establishing protocols for regular updating and revising of estimates.
- Presenting, explaining, and justifying project estimates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and government regulations that could affect project costs.
- Presenting cost saving solutions
Elvárások
- Graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments of universities
- At least 5 years of experience in Technical Office or Tender Department
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Capable of presenting
- Strong communication skills to communicate with suppliers
- Good understanding sub & superstructure construction works
- Able to analyze project requirements, technical specifications, drawings
- Excellent command of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken, is a must
- Proficient in using Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
