Feladatok:
- Handle end user calls and web queries in Dutch and English
- Act as the first point of contact for the customer
- Precise administration
- Act as primary contact between customer and resolving group
- Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases
Elvárások:
- Advanced or native in Dutch language and upper-intermediate English language skills
- Have experience in customer service
- Have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
- Flexible, open-minded personality with a „can do” attitude
- Open for working in shifts
