Euronet Worldwide is looking for a Finance System Specialist, to join its Finance Systems team, supporting all finance functions of Euronet entities worldwide. The position includes: Complete administration tasks in the ERP and connected supported systems including new user setup. Manage documentation. Support the Euronet Finance department in their daily work in terms of troubleshooting issues in the ERP.

Job responsibilities include: User Support:
  • Provide help desk support to end-users experiencing issues with the ERP system.
  • Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
System Configuration:
  • Configure and maintain the ERP system to align with organizational processes and requirements.
  • Implement changes to the system as needed to support evolving business needs.
Data Management:
  • Oversee data integrity within the ERP system.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and ensure accurate data entry.
System Upgrades and Patch Management:
  • Plan and execute ERP system upgrades.
  • Integration with Other Systems
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards within the ERP system.
Training:
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the ERP system.
  • Develop training materials and documentation.
Security and Access Control:
  • Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Control user access rights and permissions within the ERP system.
Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues and system errors.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor the performance of the ERP system and address any issues related to speed or responsiveness.
Documentation:
  • Maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Keep documentation up to date with any changes or enhancements.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the ERP system.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency.

Elvárások:

Requirements:
  • University or College degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area
  • Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
  • Basic (MS)SQL skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Hungarian
  • Independent worker, who can efficiently cooperate with others
  • Basic accounting knowledge and/or Epicor iScala ERP and Epicor Service Connect, iScala VBA is an advantage
