Feladatok
- Support SSC startup establishment and strategic development
- Manage country-to-Budapest transitions, including preparation and stabilization
- Aid Finance teams in implementing cross-country standard processes
- Drive digital transformation through the introduction of new technologies
- Perform project management tasks, tracking business cases and reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate within the Financial Community in Europe Africa
- Develop and conduct country trainings, promoting best practice sharing
Elvárások
- University degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of operational experience in the finance business services sector. Preferably in AP/AR/GL/MDM roles
- Additionally, you have built up minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in managing international transition projects and certified in one of the project methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, PMP; etc.) which you can apply in practice.
- You lead by example a cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration, create a motivating working atmosphere and
actively drive changes to support the transformation journey - You keep calm and focused in a challenging environment
- You are a team player, are flexible and willing to travel within Europe
- Professional fluency in English and excellent MS Office knowledge. Knowledge of additional languages (French or
Spanish) and SAP is of advantage
