Feladatok:

Results Within this role your first focus will be financial reporting. Activities include:
  • Financial Reporting – Assisting in the Aegon Group financial reporting process including developing reports. Ensure timely, accurate and complete financial and non-financial reporting, in line with relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g. IFRS, SOX, SEC).
  • Systems – Maintain adequate Group financial system Tagetik and drive one-time right reporting.
  • Quality assurance - Assure data integrity and provide high quality information/reports (such as reports, tables, etc.). Perform tick & tie procedures ensuring external financial reporting and management information are error free.
  • Efficiencies and improvements – Support maintaining and developing Aegon’s finance operations processes including driving further efficiencies and quality improvements in these processes. Strive for full automation of Aegon’s financial reporting processes and eliminate manual or end-user computing driven workaround where possible.
  • Support - Provide support to business units and other departments by help setting up the requirements, test reporting changes and assist during the periodic closing in order to enhance the quality and compliance of financial reporting.
  • Instructions - Work actively with Aegon’s business units to ensure that the financial reporting meets Aegon’s requirements. This includes assisting in the preparation of reporting instructions to business units regarding reporting requirements and timelines.
  • External audit - Work closely with the external independent group audit team. This includes providing relevant financial information and documentation to support the audit procedures.

Elvárások:

Know-how
  • Master’s degree in Finance / Business administration / IT / Economics or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of financial analysis/reporting experience incl. in IFRS and/or Solvency
  • Advanced understanding of a broad range of tools and technologies, analytics and financial analyses.
  • Expertise geared towards Financial Reporting Processes (e.g. Tagetik, SAP etc.)
  • Advanced data analysis skills (i.e., Excel, PowerBi)
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
