General Ledger Accountant - Magyarország

• Perform month-end closings, account analysis, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review management reports and financial analyses (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams
• Participate in general ledger change projects
• Assist in creating and maintaining departmental policies, training documents, and performance metrics

• Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting or Finance
• 1-5 years accounting experience (shared service center or large company preferred)
• Advanced understanding of accounting and internal controls
• Independent worker with a proactive attitude
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and healthy skepticism
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Effectively prioritizes tasks
• Effective communicator at all levels
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
