The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.
 

As a Marketing Event Manager, you will be part of the central Event Management Team of our mother company, T-Systems International GmbH and will be responsible for the preparation and governance of the TSI internal and external company events in full scale (from webinars with 30 participants up to big flagship events with 700+ participants), mostly located in the DACH region. Depending on the event size, your involvement can vary from the adminstrative preparation tasks up to onsite support and coordination of the whole event. You have to be able to work independently with good communication and coordination skills, have to be able to prioritize, and have to take care of the planning and the follow-up of the event from procurement and leadmanagement point of view as well. Your practical German knowledge is very important for us, because most of our providers are located in Germany, but to fulfill your tasks comfortably, you will also need high level of English because of the multicultural working environment. Most of our events are personal ones, where you also might have to attend (mostly in Germany), but some of them are hybrid events, therefore we need you to be able to know and handle the relevant digital platforms in the background.

Végzettség:

Apply to our position, if you

  • speak and write fluently in German and English (at least B2 level both)
  • have at least 5 years experience in B2B event management with event governance (multinational company with multicultural working environment is a plus)
  • like to be present and promote T-Systems on the most important IT events with the company top management
  • like to work independently and enjoy the balance between remote administrative tasks and vibrant onsite support on big events
  • are creative and not afraid of improvizing under timepressure
  • like to handle the events as your own wedding or birthday party
