Global Inside Sales Account Manager with German

Feladatok
  • Building long term relationships with Customers globally and with the Internal Teams
  • Creating the client landscape and understanding the customer inventory and cost base
  • Generating leads / new business opportunities using Inside Sales defined capabilities
  • Protecting existing revenues with resigning or upgrading existing contracts
  • Administrating and forecasting business opportunities in Salesforce
  • Selling the BT portfolio using Inside Sales defined capabilities according to account strategy: including cross-sell and up-sell
  • Targeting the customers with regular sales campaigns, delivering campaign targets
  • Acting as a SPOC for customers within BT together with Internal Teams

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making decisions
  • Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Must have the ability to work independently and taking ownership of sales projects
  • Must have previous experience in customer facing roles
  • Business/Economics/Engineering (Telecoms) Degree or equivalent job experience is an advantage
  • Must have enthusiasm about technology and telecommunications
