Feladatok
- Building long term relationships with Customers globally and with the Internal Teams
- Creating the client landscape and understanding the customer inventory and cost base
- Generating leads / new business opportunities using Inside Sales defined capabilities
- Protecting existing revenues with resigning or upgrading existing contracts
- Administrating and forecasting business opportunities in Salesforce
- Selling the BT portfolio using Inside Sales defined capabilities according to account strategy: including cross-sell and up-sell
- Targeting the customers with regular sales campaigns, delivering campaign targets
- Acting as a SPOC for customers within BT together with Internal Teams

- Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
- Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
- Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
- Fluent German and English skills
- Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making decisions
- Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
- Must have the ability to work independently and taking ownership of sales projects
- Must have previous experience in customer facing roles
- Business/Economics/Engineering (Telecoms) Degree or equivalent job experience is an advantage
- Must have enthusiasm about technology and telecommunications
