Global Supply Chain Planner (3210) - Budapest

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Global Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established function, where you will play a key role in developing and optimizing global supply chain planning processes. As part of our Global Supply Management team, you will work closely with internal departments, manufacturing sites, and suppliers to ensure the seamless flow of goods and information across our supply chain.

• Lead short, medium, and long-term planning for raw materials, production, and inventory management,
• Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to standardize planning processes and integrate tools into ERP systems,
• Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels while minimizing costs and excess inventory,
• Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory policies,
• Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure materials and finished goods are available on time,
• Support supply chain risk management by creating contingency plans and fostering cross-functional collaboration,
• Track and analyze KPIs to continuously improve supply chain efficiency.

• Strong experience in supply chain planning or related fields,
• Familiarity with planning tools and processes; SAP knowledge,
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and ERP systems,
• A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills,
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
