Feladatok:

  • Overseeing with the help of 5 team leaders approximately 25 individuals managing payroll for 30 countries globally
  • Growing the Budapest team and refine service delivery to minimize risks and accommodate growth
  • Working with the external vendor to ensure accurate, timely payments for the global team
  • Resolving issues promptly and proactively improve processes
  • Collaborating on modernizing payroll processes and metrics
  • Reviewing processes and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Implementing a user-friendly system for employee inquiries
  • Working closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams

We are looking for a Head of Payroll Operations for our client who provides services in 23 countries across Europe and Asia and it is still significantly growing. 

  • college or university degree
  • 8-10 years of experience in international HR / Payroll
  • min. 3 years leadership experience
  • extensive understanding in payroll processes, systems and international operations
  • previous involvement with global payroll systems, preferably Workday or equivalent enterprise HR platforms are highly desirable
  • fluent English both in written and oral
  • full proficiency in Excel
