HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR Business Partner for one of the market's leading drink manufacturers and distributors!

Feladatok

  • Play a crucial role in supporting our organization's HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture to improve business performance as well.
  • Create an environment to support effective strategic and operational decision making.
  • Lead and support people related change activity providing recommendations for improving effectiveness through organization design.
  • Execute core people processes within assigned functions (e.g. People Plans, Performance Cycle, Talent Planning and Annual Compensation Planning).
  • Provide leadership support and coaching to people leaders, be ready to challenge stakeholders.
  • Contribute and work collaboratively to support key projects within the HR long range plan and HR people plan.
  • Participate in crucial CEE HR projects.
  • Being responsible for the functional people cost budget planning and tracking.

Elvárások

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR professional experience in BP role (previous experience with manufacturing company is advantage).
  • Excellent command in Hungarian and business English (written and verbal);
  • Knowledge on Hungarian labor law.
  • You are culture and change steward – track record of organization changes projects & leading change in transformation.
  • You have strong coaching skills – support the managers in their people matters through coaching & leadership.
  • You are results oriented & organized – identify risk and prioritize competing demands.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative to solve problems.
  • You want to work in a good team.

Preferred:

  • Driving license, category B.
