We are looking for a new employee for the position of "HR Generalist"

an international, innovative manufacturing company in Tolna County:

HR Generalist

Feladatok
  • Develop and implement local HR policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the group’s HR policies and with the business objectives
  • Oversee and manage the multisource-recruitment and onboarding process
  • Payroll process coordination including data provision required for payroll accounting (supervision of time management system, external payroll company)
  • Calculation and (monthly, weekly…) reporting of HR indicators
  • Assess training needs, organize training programs, monitor them
  • Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating and preserving human capital
  • Ensure compliance with legislation in human resources management following all legal/regulatory changes
  • Introduction/development of HR tools and processes adapted to the structure of the company
  • Management of employment contracts, documentation of employee entry and exit (preparation of contractual documentation, preparation of legal documents...)
  • Creating a positive working environment as part of social dialogue (help form a pleasant culture for performance)
  • Initiating and monitoring projects related to HR within the company

Elvárások
  • Specialized (HR/legal) higher education
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Confident English language skills, fluent Hungarian
  • User-level MS Office knowledge
  • Experienced in multi-source recruiting, personnel leasing/renting
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and outsourced service
  • Knowledge of Hu labour law/ regulations, able t generate HR documents (contracts, addendums, written notices…)
  • Knowledge of HR processes (preferably in manufacturing)
  • High level communication skills
  • Good conflict solving skills
  • High stress tolerance, flexible
  • Open personality, loyal and strictly confidential
