HR Generalist
Feladatok
- Develop and implement local HR policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the group’s HR policies and with the business objectives
- Oversee and manage the multisource-recruitment and onboarding process
- Payroll process coordination including data provision required for payroll accounting (supervision of time management system, external payroll company)
- Calculation and (monthly, weekly…) reporting of HR indicators
- Assess training needs, organize training programs, monitor them
- Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating and preserving human capital
- Ensure compliance with legislation in human resources management following all legal/regulatory changes
- Introduction/development of HR tools and processes adapted to the structure of the company
- Management of employment contracts, documentation of employee entry and exit (preparation of contractual documentation, preparation of legal documents...)
- Creating a positive working environment as part of social dialogue (help form a pleasant culture for performance)
- Initiating and monitoring projects related to HR within the company
Elvárások
- Specialized (HR/legal) higher education
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Confident English language skills, fluent Hungarian
- User-level MS Office knowledge
- Experienced in multi-source recruiting, personnel leasing/renting
- Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and outsourced service
- Knowledge of Hu labour law/ regulations, able t generate HR documents (contracts, addendums, written notices…)
- Knowledge of HR processes (preferably in manufacturing)
- High level communication skills
- Good conflict solving skills
- High stress tolerance, flexible
- Open personality, loyal and strictly confidential
