Feladatok
- Develop and implement HR systems, processes, and policies
- Human resource planning
- Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening,
- interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs
- Establish and oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Develop and manage competitive salary structures and benefit programs
Elvárások
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent English
- Experience in HR roles
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation in Hungary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ms office
