Feladatok:

  • Support employee lifecycle events including employee document generation and data maintenance of all employee data on the Workday HR system
  • Manage the customer experience centre end to end activities
  • Support all Employee and Line Manager queries by using SNOW and Workday as main tools
  • Ensure that all requests are managed with 100% Data Security and Privacy standards, avoiding any data breach
  • Support and interact with Diageo colleagues, including HR stakeholders and Line Managers of all Europe markets
  • Getting to know technologies including case management technology (Service Now), Workday, Doc Genie or MyHub

Elvárások:

  • The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
  • Fluent English knowledge both verbal & written
  • Intermediate German language skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel)
  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks
  • Ability to learn and work independently
