Identity and Access Management Lead (3119) - Budapest

Purpose:

• Develop and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to support Trading & Shipping operations, ensuring compliance with financial, risk, and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead engineer managing IAM capabilities, including access governance, user management, and compliance processes.
• Efficiently lead team members and promote a security-first culture,
• Collaborate with vendors to implement secure, market-standard IAM solutions,
• Work closely with business stakeholders and architects to align IAM systems with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements,
• Develop documentation (run books, system diagrams) and ensure system integrity and compliance with security policies,
• Integrate IAM systems into strategic technology platforms using Agile and DevOps practices.

• 2+ years of experience in configuring enterprise IAM systems,
• Familiarity with cloud hosting environments,
• Java programming experience,
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and security,
