Our partner is a leading independent technology provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations to source, transform, and manage IT infrastructure, facilitating digital transformation worldwide. They are currently seeking an Italian speaking First Line Analyst, to join their Budapest team and collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve user IT issues.

Italian Speaking First Line Analyst

Feladatok
  • Working on the Customer Service support
  • Answering calls and emails in order to resolve customers’ IT issues and queries
  • Document internal procedures, assist with onboarding of new users
  • Work together with colleagues to share information
  • Collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues

Elvárások
  • Fluent English, and Italian language knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision, proactivity
  • Customer orientated
  • Strong MS Office skills AND affinity to resolve IT related issues
  • Ability to do multitasking
