Italian-Speaking Operator
Feladatok
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from Italian-speaking customers.

Assist customers with inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, and general support.

Process transactions, documentation, and other customer-related tasks.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure quality service.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.

Provide feedback on customer concerns to improve products/services.
Elvárások
Requirements:
-
Proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken).

Good command of English (for internal communication).
-
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under pressure.
-
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
-
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
