Junior IT Internal Controls Analyst

The Entitlement Review Team’s primary objective is to conduct entitlement reviews for business units required by internal and external auditors and regulatory requirements.
Feladatok
This analyst position will assist the current team supporting the business areas to meet the increasing demand for the entitlement review service by conducting entitlement reviews of applications, databases, servers, and privilege access by abiding to strict adherence to an established compliant process. Requests can originate from global business areas and can span across country units.

Elvárások
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or 1-2 years of relevant experience (risk managment and controls)
- Strong analysis capability and ability to implement process definition, introduction and improvements.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills in writing and communication information in a clear, concise manner.
- Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service background - particularly relating to Service Operation, but with in-depth knowledge and experience of Change, Release, Incident and Problem Management.
