Executive Recruitment Operations is a central team established in 2021 to ensure global process alignment, increase process efficiency and support the execution of Executive Recruitment strategy & targets in terms of hires (quality, diversity, quantity). 

On a daily basis, the Executive Recruitment Operations team works with Executive Recruitment Partners, Hiring Managers, GBU Talent Leads, People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Scouts, Employer Branding team, Analytics team, Technology Consultants to unlock and accelerate hiring process executions.

Span of control is therefore quite broad from Processes design, Digital solutions implementation & evolution, Reporting & Predictive analysis, Recruitment process improvement, Agency/Vendor Management, Talent Intelligence. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5 direct reports supporting Executive Recruitment Operations globally 
  • Coordinate and define executive recruiting support priorities (standard & confidential job requisition creation & job posting compliance, interview scheduling & travel reimbursement, candidate steps processing, reporting & analytics, technology support & troubleshooting, ATS & CRM configuration enhancements,process monitoring, training delivery & facilitation, Purchase Order creation, executive headhunting agency vendor management and monitoring)
  • Actively partner with stakeholders across GBUs and regions globally to ensure that executive candidates and executive hiring teams are provided with excellent ‘white glove’ service throughout the hiring process, provide advice & recommendations for further process enhancement, developing SOPs.
  • Responsible for supporting the full life cycle executive recruitment process and its standardization, continuous improvement and compliancy (including process related to executive headhunting agencies)
  • Seek efficiencies in process design gain participant feedback regularly to evaluate their experience
  • Coordinate Interview scheduling & travel logisticsand reimbursement management
  • Implementation and project management of Workday ATS & BeameryCRM, ownership of technology enhancements for Executive Recruitment process
  • Coordination & delivery of trainings, events and workshops related to executive recruitment operations
  • Drive qualitative and quantitative reports to measure recruiting operations efficiency 

About you

Experience:

  • Successful track record working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Operations leadership role for min. 2 years, preferably within multinational environment specializing in Executive Recruitment scope
  • Experience leading a small team and ability to coach, mentor
  • Successful track record driving global recruitment operations projects 
  • Experience in local, global vendor relationship management

Soft and technical skills:

  • Strong executive presence and act as a one point of contact for Executive Recruitment Operationsglobally.
  • Demonstrated high-quality stakeholder management in multinational environment
  • Tech-savvy with experience driving ATS & CRM configuration enhancements and changes (preferably Workday and Beamery experience) 
  • MS Excel - Advanced User Level with the ability to manage large datasets, pivots, graphs and provide reporting. PowerBI knowledge is an advantage. 
  • Project Management skills and ability to drive results, demonstrating a strong business acumen with an understanding of how strategic talent acquisition impacts the business.
  • Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment.
  • Solution oriented attitude with the right balance of innovation and pragmatic creativity
  • High collaboration, engagement, and customer focus in a matrix environment
  • Be an Individual contributor, self-starter, autonomous.

Education: BA/BSc or equivalent in HR or related discipline 

Languages: Fluent in English
