Feladatok
As Lean Engineer, your tasks will be the following:
- participation in and promotion of the execution of the company's Lean Implementation Plan,
- training, coaching and mentoring colleagues from other departments in learning and using Lean tools,
- mapping the stream of value, identifying waste reduction opportunities,
- defining and completing projects, tracking and reporting the benefits,
- preparing standards in the workshops that help to reduce waste, ensuring timely introduction and alignment to standards,
- encouraging and supporting associates to identify improvement opportunities,
- relentlessly questing for Lean/5S development opportunities in workshops.
Elvárások
You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following attributes:
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, as a process/quality engineer or lean expert,
- good understanding of Lean methodology,
- experience in product and/or production process planning, -drawings, sequence of operations, time standards, value stream mapping
- solid English and Hungarian language knowledge.
