Localization Quality Specialist
Feladatok
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and tools to provide insight on the quality of the team’s output,
- Define quantitative metrics to measure quality and cost of quality over time and across languages/content,
- Apply Continuous Process Improvement and Iterative Problem Solving best practices,
- Work closely with the localization PM, QA and linguistic teams to develop and enhance processes, services and offerings.
- Supplier Management:
- Responsible for supplier sourcing and acquisition in collaboration,
- Responsible for supplier evaluation, continuous improvement, risk management and mitigation, and escalation plans.
Elvárások
- BA in translation, localization or equivalent degree or equivalent work experience,
- Outstanding English communication skills,
- 5+ years of experience in a Localization QA, Localization or Translation role,
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Vendor Management,
- Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) principles,
- Basic knowledge of data analytics.
