Feladatok:
- Handling daily queries for logistics operation / incoming requests in the shared logistics inbox
- Carrier and warehouse errors / escalations
- Return processing in SAP, dispute investigation and closure
- Inbound, outbound and inventory management related activities
- Stock balance (reconciliation) handling
- General inquiries from clients
- Report creation requested on demand by line manager
- Help other specialists with routine tasks when needed
- Help with process improvement activities
Elvárások:
- Active or passive student status (at least one year finished)
- Advanced English knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Precision and focus when delivering tasks
- Experience in extra-curricular activities
