Feladatok:
- Supervise and lead the central operational unit that serves a center of excellence in the European operation
- Develop, implement and measure operational processes with optimized resource use
- Merchant management
- Service and terminal management
- Continuously improve the customer service quality and performance, maintain the operational documents and processes
- Represent operation in product and project initiatives
Elvárások:
- University/College degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in payment industry or banking environment,
- Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to work under strict deadlines,
- Strong interest in working in the card processing industry and developing in this area,
- Highly organized with taking the initiative to continuously improve our processes,
- Fluency in English and Hungarian (German, Spanish, Italian is an advantage)
