Feladatok:
- manage client communications and process orders,
- organize, book, and track shipments,
- proactively update clients on shipment status and resolve issues swiftly,
- issue spot quotes and handle invoicing,
- answer client inquiries and requests,
- take action in case of potential or already occurring problems to solve or escalate problem,
- address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction,
- maintain compliance with KPIs, SOPs, and regulations,
- manage and send customer reports,
- complete administrative tasks.
Elvárások:
- Professional experience:
- Language knowledge: Active knowledge of the English language at least at an intermediate level, both spoken and written, is a must.
- Technical skills: MS Office user-level knowledge is a must.
- Skills and competences:
- Preferred education: Higher or secondary specialized education
- Preferred qualification: Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, foreign trade.
- Preferred special professional skills: Knowledge of sea/ocean or air transport.

- We work from 8:00 to 17:00, with 1 hour lunch break.
