About the role

We’re looking for a newly graduated talent to join our team of engineers, consultants, and specialists — all working to ensure compliance, quality, and innovation in pharma projects. Depending on your background and interests, you’ll join one of our two core teams:

 

• GMP Knowledge Hub - Focused on ensuring compliance and efficiency in pharma engineering projects through GMP training, communication, and expert support via our GMP call center.
• Integrated Validation Services - Specializing in Science- and Risk-Based Validation (SRV), including process qualification, cleaning validation, and quality risk management.

Both teams play a central role in developing GMP competence across NNE through knowledge sharing, sparring, and ongoing innovation.

 

In your role, you’ll help bring well-designed, compliant facilities into operation by connecting GMP, production processes, and product development. You’ll take on project-based tasks that offer continuous learning, in collaboration with experts in Virum and Kalundborg.

 

We welcome newly graduated candidates or students graduating in 2025 looking to plan their next step.

How you might spend your days

As a Consultant, you’ll get hands-on experience and play an active role in:

• Supporting our customers with GMP implementation and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Executing validation and qualification activities for equipment, processes, and cleaning procedures
• Conducting quality risk assessments to strengthen process understanding and decision-making
• Contributing to continuous improvement of GMP practices and evolving our SRV model
• Sharing insights and supporting training and innovation initiatives across the company

The miles you’ve walked

• A recent degree in chemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy, pharmaceutical production, or a related field
• Some knowledge of the life science or pharma industry, e.g., through a student job or internship
• Familiarity with GMP regulations and an understanding of pharma regulatory authorities
