Daily office space maintenance and troubleshooting.
Visitor management and reception duties.
Mail, package handling, and courier services coordination.
Event planning and execution support.
Contract management and archiving.
Vendor liaison and procurement support.
Office supplies and fleet management.
Onboarding and offboarding support for employees.
Purchase Order (PO) support.
Ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
