Feladatok:

  • Oversee the order management process for clients in the automotive sector,
  • Maintain and update customer and material master databases,
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up,
  • Address and manage customer inquiries and requests,
  • Record, assign, and monitor the progress of complaints and claims from initiation to resolution,
  • Support the invoicing process and ensure accuracy,
  • Communicate with customers and partners Romanian and English languages.

Elvárások:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, IT Support, Order Management, or other relevant position,
  • Native Romanian language and good English language knowledge.
