Feladatok:
- Oversee the order management process for clients in the automotive sector,
- Maintain and update customer and material master databases,
- Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up,
- Address and manage customer inquiries and requests,
- Record, assign, and monitor the progress of complaints and claims from initiation to resolution,
- Support the invoicing process and ensure accuracy,
- Communicate with customers and partners Romanian and English languages.
Elvárások:
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, IT Support, Order Management, or other relevant position,
- Native Romanian language and good English language knowledge.
