Process Engineer – Metal Processing

- Establish and Maintain Engineering Documentation
- Establish and Maintain BOM in SAP System
- Manage BOM Changes and Approvals
- Introduce New Products and Processes
- Develop and Optimize Tools and Processes
- Maintain Process Engineering Tools
- Train Key Operations Staff:
- Provide Technical Support:
- Handle Process Escalations:
Elvárások
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in metal manufacturing technologies and processes, including laser cutting, milling, and welding
- Min. 2 years experience as an industrial process engineer
- Possesses the ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Knowledge of process engineering tools and practices such as process flows, control plans, FMEA, and SOPs.
- Expertise in working with and optimizing robotic welding cells and welding processes is mandatory.
- Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) 2D and 3D software for designing parts and assemblies
- Experience in using SAP to manage product BOMs.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Driver's license, category B
Advantage:
- Expertise in working and optimizing CNC laser processes is advantageous.
- Expertise in working with integrated CNC machinery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and techniques (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping) is advantageous.
