Procurement Associate (German speaking)

Feladatok

  • Receive, assess, and handle purchase requests to ensure adherence to the company’s established procedures and policies.
  • Generate purchase orders and oversee their approval and acknowledgment process.
  • Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Keep purchasing master data up to date and accurate.
  • Handle daily interactions with suppliers and work with Strategic Sourcing Managers to resolve transactional and invoice-related issues.
  • Utilize and coordinate quality notifications to address issues and enhance processes.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Diagnose inefficiencies in processes and work on implementing improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for savings and generate cost reductions based on these insights.

Elvárások

  • Advanced German language skills and at least intermediate proficiency in English is a must have.
  • Prior experience in multinational environment, working in procurement or related fields (such as purchasing, expediting, or order entry) is nice to have. 
  • Entrants and career changers are also welcome. 
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective communication across various organizational levels.
