Standardize Company Procurements: Develop and implement standardized procedures for all company procurement activities to ensure consistency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Prevent Misuse: Establish robust controls and monitoring systems to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse in the procurement process.

Renegotiate Contracts: Review and renegotiate existing contracts to enhance service quality, achieve better terms, and reduce costs.

Travel Policies and Contracts: Develop and enforce comprehensive travel policies and negotiate favorable contracts with travel service providers to streamline business travel and reduce expenses.

Design Procurement Processes: Create and implement end-to-end procurement processes that align with company goals and industry best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a leadership role.

Proven experience with international procurements and managing group-level contracts.

Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful contract management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

High ethical standards and attention to detail.

Fluent in English and Hungarian, additional languages beneficial
