Procurement & Third Party Management Contract Analyst

Feladatok
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support contract review, negotiation, and remediation processes at a global level. This role involves working with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy-related contractual requirements while minimizing risk exposure and securing optimal contract terms.
- Conduct third-party contract reviews and gap analyses to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Manage contract negotiation, drafting, and implementation, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Oversee third-party contract compliance and remediation efforts to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support contract remediation processes.
- Track performance metrics and reporting requirements for compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Work closely with legal, sourcing teams, internal customers, and suppliers to ensure policy adherence.
- Operate with minimal direct supervision, demonstrating strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Manage contract-related projects and track completion using Microsoft Excel.
- Identify and escalate issues related to contract disposition or non-compliance in collaboration with relevant teams.
Elvárások
- Legal or paralegal background (or students pursuing a relevant degree).
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in third-party contract management, including contract drafting and vendor negotiations.
- Experience working within structured policies and procedures in a multinational environment.
- Basic understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing vendor contracts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
