- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards in production
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth production flow
- Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of production facilities
- Creating and monitoring the production budget
- Analyzing production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Elvárások
- Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- 7+ years of professional experience in a production environment with parquet
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong understanding of production processes and lean management principles
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office and production planning software
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in handling production metrics
- Ability to work under pressure and set priorities in a dynamic environment
