Feladatok:

  • End-to-End Process Ownership: Manage the entire P2P process for assigned countries or operational units, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Strategic Design & Support: Collaborate with CI and SCE management to define the P2P strategy and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Leadership & Change Management: Foster cross-functional collaboration, motivate teams, and actively drive change management efforts.
  • Transition & Transformation: Play a key role in migrating accounting processes from European entities to Hungary and establishing a new SCE in Budapest.
  • Process Documentation: Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Desktop Procedures (DTPs) to reflect best practices.
  • Operational Involvement: Participate in daily operations and support period-end closing processes.
  • KPI & Delivery Model Development: Help define key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance the SSC delivery model.
  • Issue Resolution & Process Improvement: Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues while driving process improvements.
  • Compliance & Service Levels: Ensure adherence to SLAs, policies, and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster professional collaboration.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Audit Support: Actively contribute during internal and external audits.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in P2P process/system-related projects, including migrations, development, and system enhancements (e.g., requirement assessments, testing, training, and go-live support).
  • Coordination & Communication: Serve as a key interface between local organizations and SCE for assigned projects, ensuring smooth communication and aligned ways of working.
  • Professional Support: Collaborate with the Finance Project & Transition Manager to align on project scopes and deliverables.

  • 5 years of experience in AP accounting OR 1 year of experience in a P2P SME role AND 3 years of AP accounting experience.
  • College or university degree (preferably in Economics or Finance with knowledge of accounting, or an equivalent qualification).
  • Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
  • Strong SAP knowledge (or experience with other ERP systems).
  • Excellent understanding of P2P processes.
  • Project management experience is essential.
  • Experience in process improvement/automation projects.
  • Participation in transitions is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Competencies: SME-level expertise, E2E perspective, financial acumen, ownership mindset, root cause identification and analysis, action plan development, process improvement, and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in people management.
