As a Technical Lead Developer, you will guide the team in creating a typed Python library that enables users to define their execution plans and transform them into machine learning pipelines.

Best Practices

Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers, with 2+ years of working on large-scale applications using Python.
- You have worked with multiple large scale applications with Python (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of trade-offs in software development, with the ability to communicate these effectively to achieve common goals.
- Insight into common development bottlenecks and a commitment to essential practices that drive productivity.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements within the Python ecosystem.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools such as Mypy, Flake8, FastAPI, Django, microservices, Kafka, streaming, Spark, Docker, and Git.
- Excellent teamwork skills, leveraging peer knowledge to achieve superior solutions through continuous feedback.
