Quality Supervisor
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- In close collaboration with supported functional areas and key business stakeholders, proactively identifies training needs and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience, and employee input in a project environment.
- Support Quality & Risk Management, Measurement & Reporting needs
- Ensure that teams are following documented processes and to enforce best practices.
- Ensure data was accurately collected and documented.
- Looks for continuous improvement in the team members skills and to enhance the quality of our products.
- Build knowledge repository's, update, and improve processes.
- Management of external auditing processes and staff
- Coaches team members and provides training to employees.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc in Engineering, Quality or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position in automotive or similar industry, preferable if in pumps or electrical motor
- Good knowledge in manufacturing techniques and processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with measuring instruments (CMM, scales, micrometers, callipers)
- Evaluating team member skills/performance
- Willing and flexible to accept new challenges.
