Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are a dynamic and innovative Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in providing exceptional travel solutions and experiences. Our portfolio includes services such as corporate travel planning, event management, luxury group tours, and tailored travel packages across various destinations. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our growth in the travel and tourism industry.

We are a B2B company, meaning you'll engage daily with travel agencies and corporations to support their travel needs. Your primary responsibilities will involve organizing complex services in the USA and Canada, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Meetings & Events
  • Sightseeing tours
  • Dining arrangements
  • Concert and sporting event tickets
  • Vacation packages

Additionally, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing client accounts on a regular basis. Strong office administration skills are essential for this role. Punctuality, logical business thinking, and problem-solving skills are mandatory.

Ability to work American hours, starting at 1:00 p.m (8-hour shifts), on certain days of the week working hours are from 8am to 4pm.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Organizational and Planning Skills: Strong skills in organizing tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and planning to ensure seamless execution of travel and tourism services.
  • Industry Expertise: Relevant knowledge or authority in the areas of tour and travel, business travel, and incentive travel tourism. (is an advantage)
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including using Microsoft Office, internet searches, and managing emails effectively.
  • Independence: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Deadline-Driven: A proactive approach to meeting deadlines and handling tasks in a timely manner.

These qualities are essential for success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional travel experiences.
