Developing and maintaining complex automations, email templates, journeys, and cloud pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and SQL to build dynamic, personalized content and logic

Configuring and integrating external systems and APIs (e.g., Salesforce CRM, REST/SOAP)

Providing technical input in the planning of cross-channel marketing campaigns

Ensuring quality through testing, documentation, and continuous improvement

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners

A degree in (Business) Informatics, Media Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration with a technical focus, or equivalent experience

2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally with certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer)

Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS

Practical experience with Data Extensions, Automations, Cloud Pages, Journey Builder, and Content Builder

Familiarity with REST and SOAP API integrations

Solid understanding of data models, segmentation, and marketing automation workflows

Good grasp of CRM processes and data-driven communication strategies

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working across technical and non-technical teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
