Main tasks and key areas of this role:

• Operates IT applications and provides professional support to users

• Manages and resolves issues, request, problems, and changes in the field

• Knows the business processes served by the applications under its operational responsibility, considering the IT services

• Manages and keeps up to date the records and status of the applications and configuration items

• Monitoring of SAP systems.

• Periodically provide on-call duty on resolve issues and incidents affecting SAP Basis

• Participates in the management of IT changes and developments resulting from the modification of the business needs of the services related to the SAP systems

• Participates in the adoption of the modified / developed solutions and systems, and their implementation. 

• Responsible for the professional, accurate and timely execution of the project tasks assigned.

• Makes a solution proposal for the IT problems and issues that have arisen.

• Supports the professional and cost-effective removal of obsolete IT systems.

• Contributes to operational standardization, application lifecycle tracking, consolidation, and related activities

• Contributes to ensuring a good partnership with the relevant organizations of the MOL Group and related teams.

• On call duties after getting warmed with the issues

 

Requirements and advantages

• Min. 1-2 years of SAP Basis administrator experience

• Experience in SAP Netweaver, SAP Web Application

• System-wide knowledge of enterprise applications/systems

• Knowledge of Sybase and HANA database operation

• General IT hardware and software knowledge, ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV) knowledge

• Knowledge of interface technologies (File, Batch Input, RFC, ALE)

• User-level knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office, knowledge of monitoring systems, basic knowledge of relational database management systems (Oracle, MS-SQL), knowledge of database and SQL, knowledge of Unix and / or Linux, knowledge of interface technologies (File, Batch Input, RFC, ALE)

• ITIL basics and / or IT operations experience

• Communicative English and Hungarian language skills

• Independent work, problem solving, creativity

• Knowledge of ABAP program language, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ERP, CRM, BW, SRM, GRC, IS-OIL modules, Authorization management concepts, Script language, Slovak, Croatian language is advantage
