The 1 year Growww program (with a view of turning to a permanent specialist position after finishing the program) offers to fresh graduates

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

• Participates in the coordination of IT application development activities in line with MOL Group strategy and business requirements.
• Participates in IT development projects in line with MOL Group strategy and performs IT development tasks to ensure the satisfaction of internal business stakeholders, employees and users of IT systems and infrastructure.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR DAILY TASK:

You will:

• Participates in the evaluation of suppliers involved in the development or implementation of applications, leads working groups in these activities.
• Has up-to-date knowledge of IT solutions, industry benchmarks and trends, and strives to apply them in their work.
• Coordinates IT development processes and projects in their area.
• In the event of IT emergencies, coordinates the level 3 application support activities of the applications located in their area in order to continue normal operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

👍 Your Background: University / college degree in Computer Science, Engineering (finished/finishing studies between 2024-2026),

👍  Your Personality is equipped with ability of excellent individual / interpersonal management skills with structural thinking and analysis approach

👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong.

👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is an advantage.

👍 Tech Savvy: General hardware and software knowledge, interest in new technologies, eg. SAP and ABAP
