Feladatok:
Your daily tasks:
Organize and moderate scrum ceremonies, support Product Owner to prep and groom backlog and guide team in delivery, ensure transparency of status of the teams and align with other ScM and RTE best practices.
Setup a continious improvement process, analyze gaps and blockers, support team to overcome blockers.
Manage activily output of the team, capacity and skill management in cooperation of Product owner and RTE.
Participate in ART Sync and Scrum of Scrum Meetings to represent the team and their needs.

Elvárások:
Qualifications
Scrum Master certified and experienced in SAFe to build a SAFe conform organization.
German C1 and english B2 is mandatory.
Good skills in communication, moderation, calm and solution orientitated, experienced in conflict management
Additional Information
Fixed-term contract for 1 Year.
